F.A.Q’s
-
I work with small businesses (2-30 employees) and solo founders. If you're larger than 30 people, you likely need a dedicated IT team or MSP rather than consultancy.
-
Yes. Most of my work is remote, so location doesn't matter. I work with clients across the UK. On-site work is available for Greater London clients when needed (workshops, assessments).
-
I work across industries though exclude those that deal with financial regulation, healthcare and require security clearances. The common thread is small businesses struggling with technology inefficiency, not industry specific challenges.
The Process
-
We spend 30 minutes discussing your specific challenges. I'll ask about your current setup, what's not working, and what you've tried. By the end, you'll know if I can help, what it would cost, and what the timeline would be. No pressure, no obligation.
-
Depends on current project load. Typically within 1-2 weeks of our discovery call. I maintain a maximum of 5 active projects to ensure quality, so if I'm at capacity, I'll let you know the next available start date upfront.
-
Projects will scoped and agreed upon to which a contract will need to be signed with clear deliverables and terms. Most Projects run from 2-6 weeks, with coaching packages typically running over 3 months.

The Alternatives
-
IT support companies (MSPs) keep your systems running - fixing broken laptops, managing servers, resetting passwords. I focus on making your technology more efficient reducing wasted time, optimising workflows, assessing vendor proposals. Think of IT support as maintenance; I'm strategy and optimisation.
-
Yes. I'm often the "translator" between your business needs and your IT vendor's technical solutions. I don't replace your IT support.
-
A full-time IT Support Analyst can costs £30k+ a year plus benefits. I provide senior level strategic thinking on a project basis for a fraction of that cost. You get expertise when you need it, without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Credibility
-
10+ years in corporate IT leadership roles, supporting 13000+ users across financial services and technology companies. I've managed teams, implemented systems, and led efficiency initiatives. Now I bring that enterprise level experience to small businesses who can't afford (or don't need) a full-time IT director.
-
I'm in the early stages of building after transitioning from corporate.
My LinkedIn profile has recommendations from colleagues and stakeholders I've worked with over the past decade
